Return Eligibility

We support a flexible and customer-friendly return window. All unused, unopened, and intact products can be applied for return within our valid return period. Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories intact, without damage, stains, or signs of use.

Return Application Process

Customers who need to return goods shall submit a return request through the official customer service channel on the Contact page. Our team will review the application and provide return guidance within a valid processing cycle.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify the returned items, the official refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 business days and will be returned to the original payment account. The actual arrival time of funds is subject to the processing rules of the customer’s payment institution.

Special Instructions

Complimentary samples and promotional items must be returned together with the original order products for eligible return applications. Partial returns of bundled sets shall follow our unified return inspection standards. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable return applications that do not comply with the policy.
